Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product that does not match your original order, we will promptly replace it with the correct item at no additional cost. Return Eligibility: For products that are not damaged or defective, returns are considered on a case-by-case basis. The return process for items purchased through Nutricare.ae is subject to our discretion and may vary depending on the product’s nature and category.

Conditions for Return: To initiate a return, please notify us of any damaged or defective products within 48 hours of delivery. The products must be in their original condition, with intact hygienic seals. Used or opened products are not eligible for replacement, except where required by law. Returns must include original packaging, price tags, labels, and invoices. We recommend securely packaging the return to prevent damage during transit. Contact our Customer Service Team to arrange for the collection of your return. Our designated driver or shipping partner will facilitate the return process. The returned product will be inspected upon receipt to determine its acceptability.

Refunds: Once the return is deemed acceptable, the refund process will begin based on the payment method used for the order. Cash payments will be refunded within one day, while credit/debit card payments will be credited back within 15 working days. Please note that any delays due to banking processes are beyond our control. For other payment methods, refunds will be issued via cheque made payable to the person listed on our invoice within 7 working days of receiving the order details.
